Fingerprint the input
Receipts identify the analyzed bytes with a SHA-256 fingerprint, not personal account data.
Stop on unresolved checks
Missing measurements or a low-detail warning stop a changed copy. Passing file-property checks does not verify readability or completeness.
Never fabricated
No generated seals, signatures, names, numbers, or official marks.
Image re-encoding may change metadata. This prototype does not verify full metadata removal, digital signatures or authenticity.

A receiver gets preparation evidence, not an official decision.
The demonstration contract carries the exact requirement version, prepared artifact bytes, the unsigned receipt, and every remaining action. Its only success status is received-for-fictional-review.

What stays outside
No government connection, authentication, submission authority, or acceptance decision is included.
